What do you Need to Provide Canquest before we can Obtain a Lender?
The company has to prove the strength of the business and the individuals who own the business. We will require you to fill out a financial statement on each owner of the company and a list of all the property that you presently own. We would like to review all the documentation related to your company and the property ie. Value, taxes, environmental report, etc.
If you are purchasing a company – you would need to provide previous financial statements and your business plan Your own personal networth statement. If you are putting money down on the purchase they need to know where the money is coming from ie equity in principal residence.
