I have worked in the mortgage industry for 30 years.  I have assisted many clients in obtaining a mortgage whether it was for a 1st time purchase, refinance, building your dream home, 2nd mortgages, private financing and investment investing.  Using a Mortgage broker definitely can provide you with a variety of lenders who do different types of mortgages.  My job is to find you the best mortgage that will suit your financial needs.  My company mission statement “friendly, efficient and dedicated service” is what I believe each and every client should have when looking for their mortgage financing. 

I am a member of Alberta Mortgage Association (AMBA) and Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professional (CAAMP). I have my accredited mortgage professional designation.  I continue to take courses to improve my professional designation and to serve my clients more efficiently by doing this.
