There are options available for couples that are going through a legal separation or divorce. You can either sell your home or buy out your partner.

Requirements:

• Both parties have to be on title
• Appraisal will be done to determine Market Value
• A copy of the legal separation papers showing the division of assets and child support and/or spousal support. NO DRAFT COPY
• Valid Offer to Purchase - showing the new amount of purchase
• Refinance of 95% of for purpose of separation of marriage and common law relationships
• Standard Underwriting is required for qualification purposes as well
